The beamed kitchen with Rayburn, large 5 ring gas hob and oven. There is also a dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Please note that there are no washing facilities at the house: our cleaners can do washing at £15 per load or there is a circular dryer in the garden for drying hand washing, towels etc.
The library with views over the garden and surrounding countryside, chess set and 2 comfortable chairs.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV/freeview/video player.
Bedroom 2 (small single/double) - small double futon. Additional storage is in the chest of drawers on the landing.
Bedroom 3 - a spacious room with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV/freeview/video player.
Bedroom 4 with double bed and a full wall of fitted wardrobes, dressing table and comfortable chair.
Bathroom with Victorian-style roll top bath, wash basin and WC.
Shower room with large walk in shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside, behind large wooden double gates, is a very large terrace, with furniture for al fresco dining, a rockery with pond (drained), and lawn with flower borders. There is a large parking area at the top of the drive, also behind the gates.
